Current Commission Rates
We offer co-op commissions of up to 2% at select communities. Commissions are calculated off the base sales price of the home; lot premiums and buyer upgrades are not included. Co-op is paid to the referring broker through escrow at the close of escrow.

Program Guidelines and Eligibility
To qualify for your co-op commission, the following conditions must be met at the time of registration and at close of escrow:
- You must be present with your buyer on their first visit to each community
- The registration form must be completed and signed at the time of the first visit
- The purchase contract must be executed within 90 days of the first visit
- Your client must successfully close escrow on a home in the registered community
- Both broker and agent must hold a valid, active real estate license at registration and at close
- Co-op fees are paid to the referring broker through escrow upon closing
